When a blockage or drainage problem is underground, whether it is drains, gullies, pits or pumps, it can be hard to know really just what is the root cause. Excavation is one option, assuming you know exactly where to dig and that you are prepared for the possible consequences such as leaking sewerage, but frequently excavation is impracticable.
Suitable for pipes as narrow as 50mm, the HFS CCTV inspection service team uses video cameras to capture clear colour images that can make it easier to identify the problem, wherever it is in your drain, gully or manhole. HFS provide the results on videotape or CD-ROM with a report detailing the condition of the drains and identifying the location of the gullies and manholes.
