High Volume Jetting
envirocoHFS operates the only high volume jet vacuum tanker in the area collecting wet or semidry wastes from difficult locations.
This specialist machine uses a different type of vacuum system using a liquid ring which enables the pump to run all day long, sucking extra deep or heavy materials effectively by utilising air movement but retaining vacuum capability. With the addition of high-pressure water jetting with up to 230 litres per minute at 130 bar the machine is indispensable.
Super Sucker
envirocoHFS's Dry and Wet Vacuum Cleaning operation removes sand, grit, powder, sludge, fly ash, coal, resins and dozens of other materials for customers on regular cleaning schedules, and in emergency spill situations. envirocoHFS's "Super Sucker" and "Hurricane" Dry and Wet vacuum vehicles are units custom-built to envirocoHFS's specifications for maximum versatility, performance and durability.
Kaiser's Hurricane is a high capacity, high performance suction unit for wet and dry media. Due to the air injector the Hurricane achieves enormous power.
The Kaiser Hurricane has 5 different operational functions in one unit:
- Wet Suction
- Dry Suction
- High Pressure Cleaning
- Combined jet/vac operation
- Large volume air movement.
Along side these functions the Hurricane has ADR and a short wheel base which is ideal for tight areas. With high performance even at worst conditions e.g. grease, sand, and with the filter system that the Hurricane has got you can suck up dry powders and not worry about the system clogging.
This machine works at a rate of 4000 cfm - 8000 m3/h. This specialist unit will lift all wastes from deep shafts, ship holes and other difficult areas where the access is restricted and high suction units are required.
